BRIEF BIOGRAPHY OF PASTOR MARIO ROBINSON

Pastor Mario Robinson was born on the beautiful Island of San Andres, in Colombia. He and his seven siblings had devoted Christian parents who laid the Biblical foundation on their hearts and minds.

Mario was ordained as a Pastor to the Ministry, at the age of 28, and served in five countries in every position imaginable; from being pastor of the largest church in the Inter-American Division (at that time) to being the president of the Panama Conference of Seventh-day Adventist.

He began his ministry in the United States in the  “Southeastern Conference of Seventh-day Adventist,” in California, in 1979, serving as Chaplain and Bible Teacher, at the Calexico Mission School, before retiring in 1993, after 42 years of active service.

As he looks back at his achievements in life: Graduations, Diplomas, and his Masters in Pastoral Ministry, from Andrews University, he came to the conclusion that he owes all his success, first to God, and second to the teachings his mother gave him and his siblings in their morning and evening worships; and, home-schooling.

NOTE:  Pastor Mario Robinson was the minister who joined me and my husband, Mr. Herman Duncan, in holy matrimony. We have been blessed by his warm and sincere friendship, and that of his devoted wife! Their love, and deication to God and His church, has blessed many, many, lives! I thank him and his wife sincerely, for this article, and look forward to being blessed by others!
